Vehicle GPS Tracking
Always know where your vehicle is with GPS Tracking. Attach a GPS device to the vehicle and track the live location on a map within the 7DAY app. We recommend SinoTrack ST-915L GPS tracker for the easiest integration.
- Each vehicle
- Is linked to a GPS device source
- Has a unique tracking identifier
- Tracking
- Updates location at an interval defined by us i.e. live, last seen
- Is stable during active bookings
- Can be enabled/disabled per vehicle
Experience Add-Ons
Experience add-ons take your experiences to a new level. Connect a vehicle or activity experience to an existing property or commercial experience to improve your experience offering. When connecting your experience, select:
- Linked only - can only be reserved as an add-on
- Standalone + linked - enables reservations as an add-on or separately
Vehicle QR Codes
Make important vehicle information more accessible with a vehicle's QR code. Guests can access proper use and return details, availability, and make instant reservations by simply scanning. Place a QR code on or near a vehicle that lets guests instantly:
- View availability page
- Booking flow
- Vehicle info and instructions
QR codes are:
- Unique per vehicle
- Safe to display publicly
- QR codes work across iOS and Android devices
Increased Experience Media Capacity
Media capacity has increased for Experience listings content. Upload up to 15 photos and videos up to 380mb for a more engaging display of your experience.
New Reservation Edit View
The reservation edit page has received a major update and seamlessly flows with the 7DAY UI. New functions have been added for efficiency with:
- 'Review issues' tab to see what needs to be addressed
- Reservation summary for key information
- Save button that's always accessible, so all your changes are saved
Guest Room Allocation
Guests attending overnight reservations can be allocated a room during their stay at your property or commercial experience. Sleeping capacity must be added to a room configuration for guests to be allocated to a room once their attendance has been confirmed. View setup instructions here
Email Notifications Update
- When key details such as date or time change, the primary guest and all attendees will receive an email outlining the updates.
- The primary guest will also be notified when expenses are added to or updated on a reservation.
