Improved Reservation Page
We’ve refreshed the reservations layout to create a more intuitive, seamless experience, with enhanced search and filtering to help you find bookings faster.
Improved Reservations Experience
We’ve redesigned the Reservations List View to make managing bookings faster and more intuitive. A new left-side actions panel with built-in filters (no more pop-up modals)
- Updated status tabs with clearer structure and naming
- Improved list layout with more useful booking details at a glance
- Enhanced bulk approve and decline flow with a refreshed modal
- New collapsible side menu with icons for easier navigation
Everything is now easier to access, quicker to use, and cleaner to navigate
Clearer Job Context
We’ve improved the Job Details view to give hosts better visibility into how each job connects to a booking.
What’s new:
- Reservation number is now displayed on each job
- Primary guest name is shown for hosts
This makes it easy to quickly understand:
- Which booking the job is linked to
- Who the work is for
For contractors:
- Reservation number is visible
- Guest details remain hidden to protect privacy
This update helps you stay organised, reduce confusion, and manage jobs with more confidence
Event RSVP Management
Create and send custom RSVP invites as part of your booking, with the ability to message guests, track responses in real time, send reminders, and manage your attendee list all in one place.
After adding staff and guests to your reservation, enable RSVP by selecting "Would you like to request RSVPs?". Once the reservation is created and approved by the Host, your RSVPs can be monitored and managed within 7DAY:
- Go to your reservation, select the "Guests" tab
- Select the "Manage RSVP" button to view attendance, update the RSVP message, send reminders and more.
