2026 is around the corner! We’ve rolled out our last release for 2025 with the following new features:
Guest Management of Booking Caps
Guest company admins now have more control over their organisation with booking caps. Booking caps can be set for the entire organisation or for individuals. Caps can apply to experience types or individual experiences, with annual, monthly, or weekly limits.
Reallocate Reservations from Disabled Users
When disabling a user, all their existing reservations can now be reassigned to an active user. During the disabling process, a list of the user’s reservations is displayed, allowing you to cancel the reservations or select a new owner before proceeding.
Additional Notifications and Expense Generation for Completed Jobs
Hosts will now receive notifications when a contractor marks a job as completed. For jobs with selected items from the Contractor's price list, an automatic draft expense will be generated for hosts to review and approve.
Contractor Availability During Job Creation
Contractors can now set their availability for jobs. Available days are visible when creating a job, making a reservation, or viewing a contractor’s profile. This helps prevent bookings on days when contractors are unavailable.
