Manage the maintenance of 7DAY experiences or the requested reservation services as a Contractor. Services conducted by Contractors may be included in the reservation policy or requested by the reservation holder. Hosts will process these services as Jobs for the Contractor to accept or decline.
Manage a Job
All your Contractor jobs can be accessed within ‘My Jobs’. Accept or decline job requests within ‘New Requests’ and view accepted jobs in ‘Your Jobs’. Once a job has been declined, you can not manage the job.
Document Job Progress
Apply your existing SOPs within 7DAY and ensure the required information is available to relevant parties. Document all updates with 'Notes', and upload before and after photos.
In-app Messaging
Start a real-time conversation with the Host using in-app messages. Assign your staff to a job for instant messaging with guests
Manage Your Clients
To receive Jobs from a Host, you must be invited to be their Contractor. Manage your invitations in Clients 'Pending Invites’ to accept or decline Host requests. Once accepted, the Host will appear in ‘Your Clients’.
Pricing Template
For services that have consistent and structured pricing, use a Pricing Template. Your pricing template will be available for Hosts and Guests to see the costs associated with your services on 7DAY. Pricing templates are easy to update and maintain as your business grows and costs change. Follow the Create a Pricing Template instructions to add prices to your services.
