Search for an Experience
There are many experiences to choose from. Go to the Experiences page and select
Business to make a reservation on behalf of your company OR
Personal for private reservations.
Use the search bar and filter options to find results that meet your requirements. Filters include:
Address
Check-In Date
Check-Out Date
Experience Type
Location
Number of Guests
Number of Overnight Guests
Number of Bedrooms
Amenities
Make a Reservation
Making a reservation is simple. Once you have completed your search, select the experience and view details such as facilities, amenities, address, available dates, price and policies. Complete all required fields and additional information in the notes for the Host to review.
If the experience allows instant booking, your reservation will be automatically processed as accepted. Otherwise, the Host will review your reservation and approve or decline based on your requirements. For step-by-step instructions, follow the Create a Reservation guide.
AI Reservation
Use our AI reservation agent to reserve an experience. Select the AI reservation button on the experience of your choice, and follow the prompts within the chat to make a reservation. You will need to provide details such as check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, additional services and other information depending on the experience type.
Manage Your Reservations
View all of your reservations on the reservations page or select a filter option, such as Upcoming or Completed, to filter the list. Select a reservation to view details or modify your reservation if it is in the ‘Pending’ status. If you’d like to reserve a different experience, you can cancel the reservation. Make sure to review the reservation policy before cancellation, as additional fees or partial refunds may apply.
Add Users
You can create users individually or upload them in bulk. Navigate to Admin Centre and select users to make updates. If users need to be added to a team, ‘Create a Team’ before creating a user. Make sure to include a profile picture for added security and Niroviison access.
Checking In
Check-in protocol will vary depending on the experience type and Host. The host will include Check-in details within the reservation. Contact the Host within the app for more information.
Nirovision
Hosts can enable Nirovision for face recognition check-in. Once you find your experience, add all your guests' names to the reservation. Their profiles will require a profile picture when the guests are added to the Nirovision access list.
