Control which user roles are allowed to view prices on listings. Once saved, the users under that role will not see any pricing for the experience you selected.
- Login to 7DAY
- Navigate to Admin Centre
- Select User Access Control
- Select VIP Access Control
- Select ⊕ Add New
- Select an Experience
- Add optional exclusions
- Users
- Role Groups
- Select Save
Pricing Access Control
Give your top employees the exclusive treatment they deserve. With VIP Access Control, you can mark specific experiences as VIP-only, ensuring that only employees on your curated VIP list are able to book them. Perfect for offering premium perks, rewarding loyalty, or keeping certain experiences private.
- Login to 7DAY
- Navigate to Admin Centre
- Select User Access Control
- Select Pricing Access Control
- Enable Hide Price
- Select experiences to apply price hide
- Select roles to apply price hide
- Select Save
Note: If you exclude a group that you are a part of you will no longer see that listing on the 'Experiences' page.
Booking Caps
Booking caps give you more control over who can book experiences and how often. By creating a booking cap, you can limit how many times a user or your entire organisation can book an experience per week, month, or year.
