User access status allows you to control whether a staff member can log in and access your contractor account on 7DAY. Enabled users can access the platform and perform tasks based on their assigned permissions, while Disabled users are temporarily prevented from accessing the account without permanently removing their profile or history.
For Contractors, there are two types of status for users:
- Enabled- Users can access the site and perform actions based on their level of access
- Disabled- Users will not be able to access the site
