In-app Messaging

Access Messages Inbox

Manage Message Settings

1. Go to the admin centre

2. Select In-app Messaging

3. Enable

   1. Add account/s to enable in-app messaging

4. Disable

   1. Select remove next to the account/s to disable in-app messaging

Once enabled, users will receive new messages and it’s history. Disabled in-app messaging accounts will keep message history.
