Navigate to the admin centre

Add account/s to enable in-app messaging

Disable
Select remove next to the account/s to disable in-app messaging
Once enabled, users will receive new messages and their history. Disabled in-app messaging accounts will keep message history.

Edit a Message

- Enter your message
- Select send icon
Add Chat Members

Remove Chat Members

- Add the template name

- Select the reservation event for the message to be scheduled
- Select the time period when the message is scheduled
- x Days After - sent the selected days after the event has passed
