What are Teams? Teams allows businesses to group employees into departments such as Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service. Employees can be assigned to a single team, and a team manager or department head can be nominated to oversee team members and view their reservations within 7DAY. Teams also simplifies the reservation process by allowing organisers to invite entire teams to a reservation at once, rather than selecting employees individually.
Access Team Settings
To navigate to Teams Settings:
Login to 7DAY
Navigate to Admin Centre
Select Teams
Create a Team
Select ➕ ADD
Enter team name
Select Save
Edit a Team
Select ✏️ on the relevant team
Change team name
Select save
Remove Team Members
Select Admin Centre
Select Users
Select team member
Select ✏️
Select x on the department to remove
Select save
