Experience Itinerary
Bring more structure to your company events with an experience itinerary. Combine multiple 7DAY reservations in one place, or add external plans like dining, transport, and other activities.
To get started, open your property or commercial reservation and head to the Itinerary tab to view, edit, and add items.
Experience Add-Ons
Enhance your booking with Experience Add-Ons. When reserving a property or commercial space, you can include vehicles and activities to create a more complete experience. Add-ons are shown during booking, so you can organise everything in one go.
Guest Room Allocation
Assign rooms to guests and staff ahead of overnight stays. Add attendees to available rooms within the property by editing an existing reservation. Guest and staff must confirm their attendance before being allocated.
Vehicle QR Codes
Scan a vehicle’s QR code to instantly view key details like how to use it, return instructions, availability, and even book on the spot. Scan a QR code to:
- Check availability
- Book on the spot (if allowed)
- and clearly understand how to access, use and return the vehicle - with zero manual coordination
Vehicle GPS Tracking
Find available vehicles near you with GPS tracking—no more guessing where to go. For experiences with tracking enabled, you’ll see the exact pickup location in the “Where to pick up” section on the listing.
User Profile Picture Verification
To maintain high-quality profile photos, we’ve added a verification step when images are uploaded. Your photo should:
- Clearly show your face (no obstructions)
- Fill most of the frame
- Include only one person
- Be sharp and in focus
Following these guidelines ensures face recognition works properly.
Email Notifications Update
- When key details such as date or time change, the primary guest and all attendees will receive an email outlining the updates.
- The primary guest will also be notified when expenses are added to or updated on a reservation.
Team Select for Reservation Attendees
The staff attendance dropdown in the Reservation Request page has been updated to accommodate large events with multiple teams. Event organisers can now view staff by team and select the entire team, saving time and reducing mistakes.
Reservation Calendar Invite Update
iCal invitations will now be included in Reservation RSVP and reminder emails. iCal links can be downloaded using the 'Add to Calendar' button to import into your attendees' email accounts.
Share Experiences Beyond 7DAY
Experiences can now be shared with people outside of 7DAY. You can download a polished PDF directly from the experience, making it easy to showcase details, photos, and amenities with external guests.
