Remove a Policy from an Experience
Apply a Policy to an Experience
Reservation Policies allow you to advise additional information about the terms of reserving an experience. Creating and applying this to an experience will help notify guests what your terms are and in return, protect you.

Create a Policy
To create a new Policy:
From the top right corner of the app, click on the cog wheel icon
Select 'Settings'
Select 'Your Policies'
Click 'Add'
Complete all mandatory fields with a *
Select if the Policy is available for all experience types or specfic types only. Note: this is not where you apply the policy to the experience
Click 'Save
Edit a Policy
To edit a policy:
From the top right corner of the app, click on the cog wheel icon
Select 'Settings'
Select 'Your Policies'
Select the 'Edit' icon on the policy you would like to delele
Make your changes. Please note that you cannot remove a policy from an 'experience type' where an experience currently uses that policy.
Click 'Update
Remove a Policy from an Experience
From the top left corner of the app, click on 'Experiences'
Select the experience you wish to remove the policy from
Select the 'edit' icon
Scroll down to the 'Policies' section
Select 'Delete' next to the policy you wish to remove
Click 'Update' on the experience to save changes
Once saved, this policy will now be removed from the experience.
Delete a Policy
From the top right corner of the app, click on the cog wheel icon
Select 'Settings'
Select 'Your Policies'
Select the 'Edit' icon on the policy you would like to delele
Click 'Delete' and enter a reason for the deletion
Click 'Update'
Once saved, this policy will deleted and cannot be undone. Please note that you cannot delete a policy if it is currently applied to experiences. You would need to first remove the policy from the experiences before you can master delete it.
Apply a Policy to an Experience
Once saved, this policy will now be available for you to apply to the experience.
To apply the policy to the experience:
From the top left corner of the app, click on 'Experiences'
Select the experience you wish to apply the policy too
Select the 'edit' icon
Scroll down to the 'Policies' section
Tick 'This experience has policies'
Select a policy from the list
Tick whether you want to collect the users consent at the time they make the reservation
Click 'Update' on the experience to save changes
Once saved, this policy will now be applied to the experience.
