Change Contractor Permissions

Add a Contractor

1. Login to 7DAY

2. Navigate to ‘Admin Centre’

3. Select ‘Contractors’

4. Select ➕ Invite

5. Invite existing contractors

   1. Select an existing contractor

6. Invite New Contractor

   1. Enter Company Name

   2. Enter Email

   3. Enter Primary Contact Name

   4. Add permissions to Contractor

      • Read only - Can view jobs and reservations.

      • Read and write - Can create and edit jobs and updates.

7. Select Invite

An invitation will be sent to the Contractor, and the account will be in pending status. Once the Contractor has created a 7-DAY account, they must accept the invitation within the 7DAY app to receive Job requests.

Delete Invitation

1. Login to 7DAY
2. Navigate to Admin Centre
3. Select Contractors
4. Select 🗑️ on the invitation

Change Contractor Permissions

1. Navigate to ‘Admin Centre’

2. Select ‘Contractors’

3. Select a Contractor

4. Select a new permission

5. Select 'Save
