Report Types
Reservation Reports
A customisable report based on all reservations, using the reservation start and end dates. Includes filters for date range, reservation status, experience type (such as boat or property), experience host, and visit type (personal or business).
Monthly Report
Displays completed reservations based on the reservation end date, with reporting periods available for the current month and previous month.
Quarterly Report
Displays completed reservations based on the reservation end date, with reporting periods available for the current quarter and previous quarter.
YTD Report
Displays completed reservations based on the reservation end date, with reporting periods available for the current year January until todays date
FY Report
Displays completed reservations for the selected financial year, with reporting options for both the current FY and previous FY.
Cancellation Report - Admin Only
Displays all cancelled reservations within a selected date range, including who cancelled the reservation and the reason provided for the cancellation.
NOTE: The following results are based on cancelled reservations within the date range selected. The date range is based on the start date of the reservation, not the cancelled date.

Top Guests
Displays the top guests for your experiences based on reservation activity within a selected date range. You can choose to view rankings from the top 1–10 guests based on the selected reporting criteria.

Displays the top experiences based on reservation activity within a selected date range. You can choose to view rankings from the top 1–10 experiences based on the selected reporting criteria.
Occupancy Report
An Occupancy Report gives you a snapshot of how often your experience is being used over a selected period. It shows details like the number of bookings, total hours booked, and the percentage of time your space was occupied. This helps you understand usage trends, identify peak times, and make informed decisions about pricing or availability.
