The built-in 7DAY messenger allows contractors to communicate directly with the host about a specific job. Whether you need to confirm details, ask questions, discuss access requirements, or provide updates, all communication stays securely linked to the job within the platform. This helps keep conversations organised, easy to reference, and reduces the need for phone calls or external emails.
To contact a host about a job you have been assigned
Log into 7DAY
Select 'Jobs' from the menu
Select the job
Scroll down to the bottom and click on the tab 'Messaging'
Type your messahe and click 'send message'
Note: you will be re-directed to the in-app messaging screen where all your communications are handled in one place. The host will reply and you can access these messages by clicking on the mail icon from the menu.
